Complex features do not become free extras. If your requirements do not qualify for the free standard build, you receive a separate build-cost quote based on your needs, then choose your ongoing care separately.

What to expect.
Who is the standard offer for?
Small businesses, nonprofits and veteran-owned businesses that need a straightforward business website. Every inquiry is reviewed for fit and scope before a membership is agreed.
What makes a project custom?
Ecommerce, accounts, customer or admin portals, complex booking, substantial integrations and web or mobile apps need a separate paid build scope. They are not included in the free standard website build. Ongoing care is then chosen separately.
What will my membership cost?
Starter $99 USD/month; Website $149 USD/month; Enhanced $299 USD/month. Each included-build membership has a 12-month initial commitment, then continues monthly. Choose a starting point; we review your requirements and quote any tailored extras before you accept.
What counts toward the monthly update allowance?
Small changes to existing agreed pages and content count toward the discretionary update allowance. Enhanced consultation uses the same allowance. Routine agreed maintenance is separate. Unused time does not roll over; larger work or time beyond the allowance is quoted and agreed first.
Will I keep the completed website?
Yes, after fulfilling the 12-month initial commitment. Hosting, domains, third-party costs, cancellation and usable handover details are explained in the agreement before you join. Early-exit arrangements are agreed there rather than assumed from the monthly price.
Can we start with my existing website?
We can review it for a separately quoted care membership. No new build is required for an existing-site care inquiry. Any initial repairs, migration or different setup are explained and agreed separately.
When will my website be ready?
We confirm a start window and delivery plan once the scope, business content and required decisions are ready. Selecting a tier or sending an application does not reserve a build slot or launch date.
