The agreed standard website build has no separate build fee when you join a paid membership. Each tier has a defined page scope and monthly discretionary update allowance. Requirements, tailored extras and agreement details are reviewed before work begins.
Starter $99 USD/month; Website $149 USD/month; Enhanced $299 USD/month. Each plan has a 12-month initial commitment, then continues monthly. Routine agreed care is separate from discretionary update time, which does not roll over. Tailored extras are quoted first. Nonqualifying builds are quoted separately, with ongoing care chosen afterward. Sending an inquiry does not enroll you or charge a payment.
Ecommerce, customer portals, account systems, complex integrations, web apps and mobile apps are custom projects. We agree on a separate scope and price before building them.
Yes, we can discuss care for an existing website. I'll review its setup first so we can agree on what is supported, any initial work and the right monthly plan.
You keep the completed website after fulfilling the 12-month initial commitment. Cancellation, early-exit arrangements and usable handover details are agreed before you join; hosting, domains and third-party services are explained separately.
